Interim Management Support
Some client’s have CMMS
systems in place but find they are not working for them. When this is the case
we offer an Interim solution by attending site and offering our knowledge and experience
to turn the system around.
We will analyse how the system is being used, what is being maintained and how knowledgeable the engineering team is in the use of
PPM principles and what asset history is being collected.
Following the initial
evaluation process, we will report back to senior management on the systems effectiveness and how it may be improved.
We will then agree an
overhaul plan if required and offer training to operators where necessary.
